Publr is a web-based tool that lets you publish and schedule video content to social media platforms including TikTok. By using Publr, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You connect your social media accounts through official OAuth flows provided by each platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts. You can disconnect any account at any time.

3. Content

You own your content. Publr does not claim any rights to videos, images, or text you publish through the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of each platform you publish to.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Publr to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the terms of any connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Publr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any content you publish, platform API changes, failed uploads, or any damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Publr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
